 | Step 1 - From the BCM Main Screen, select the 'Copy or Move File(s)' Action and click the Submit Button. |
 | Step 2 - Choose Copy or Move, then enter the Source Directory where the files are currently located (you can also click on the Browse Button) |
 | Step 3 - Now enter the Target Directory where the files are to be copied or moved (you can also click on the Browse Button). If the directory does not exist, you will be prompted to create the directory. |
 | Step 4 - Set the Includes or Excludes. The default is to include all files in the folder. |
 | Step 5 - Set your options, as to Overwrite All Files, Overwrite Older Files, or Skip Existing Files. Also you can choose to include system and hidden folders. |
 | Step 6 - Once you completed making your settings, Click on 'Add Action To Current List'. This will processes the directory and put the files into the work area. |
 | Step 7 - Now the list of files should be displayed below. You can click on the 'Active' button to toggle the Active/Inactive status. Inactive items are ignored at execution time.
At this point you can add additional files to the list by following Steps 2 - 6 again.
If you like, you can choose to Hide Inactive items or Clear Current List and start again. |
 | Step 8 - When you are finished updating the workarea, if you will be using the list more than once, you can choose to Save Current List' and click the Submit Button. |

 | Step 9 - To process the list, select the 'Execute List' action and click the Submit Button. |
 | Step 10 - The List will execute and you can watch the progress (or minimize it and do something else!) |
 | Step 11 - You can view the results of processing the list in the Log. Any errors encountered will be listed. |
