| 1. Why does the program access the internet? |
| A. | The program accesses the internet to check for updates, grab the latest news, and validate Registered Users. If you want to use this program, you must provide internet access. |

| 2. How do I purchase/register the program? |
| A. | Once the program is purchased, by going through the website Purchase section and clicking on the license that
you want, an email is sent to LJR Group, Inc. Once Google informs
approves the purchase, the licenses will be generated and you will receive an email
with instructions on completing the registration. |

| 3. Why doesn't it say how long it will take to execute the list? |
| A. | There are too many variables to accurately estimate time of completion of any given list. For example
if a user starts playing a video during the copy or does something else CPU or I/O intensive, the amount of time it takes to execute the list will
change dramatically. Also, activity to the harddisk from remote users, if any, also affects the timing. There is just no good way to do it.
